Llandudno...Carbuncle Madoc Flats Described by Locals as looking like a "Nursing Home" & "Psychiatric Hospital"!

One of the ugliest and most hated block of flats in the area.

This block of flats stands where a stunning historical building once stood, and now this mess is being targeted at wealthy people, not locals who are struggling to buy their own homes.
