Llandudno hotels see further price reductions in bid to sell!

Falling like dominoes!

TWO hotels in Llandudno which are on the market have again been reduced in price.

Roomours Hotel, at Church Walks, and The Grafton Hotel, on the promenade, have both had their prices brought down in a bid to attract a buyer.

The former went on the market shortly after re-opening in April 2024 under owners Amanda and Mark Richards.

Initially on the market for £895,000, the property’s price was brought down to £795,000 and has again been reduced to £725,000.

Meanwhile, the four-star, 14-bedroom Grafton Hotel was first put up for sale for £625,000 in December 2024.

Its price has also fallen, and the hotel is now available for £614,950.

Roomours Hotel dates back to 1890 and was originally a grand Victorian town house.

The building then served as the Girls Friendly Society Lodge from 1900 until the 1960s, used as an orphanage and welfare centre for children in need and providing them with shelter, education and social support.

Grafton House enjoys a stellar reputation and boasts occupancy levels in excess of 95 per cent, seeing considerable repeat trade.

Despite its solid turnover, its listing says sales can be increased significantly with only six to eight rooms currently in operation.
