Delinquents aged 13! That says it all really doesn't it.
THREE youths have been charged with arson and attempted burglary following incidents in Rhos-on-Sea and Colwyn Bay last year.
All three are aged 13, and the incidents took place in May 2022.
One of the groups has also been charged with a second attempted burglary offense that took place in Rhos-on-Sea.
They cannot be named for legal reasons.
All three will appear at Llandudno Youth Court on April 18.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "Three 13-year-old youths have been charged with arson and attempted burglary following incidents in Rhos-on-Sea and Colwyn Bay in May last year.
"One of the youths was also charged with a second attempted burglary offense that took place in the Rhos-on-Sea area.
"All three youths, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are due to appear before Llandudno Youth Court on Tuesday, April 18."
