The authority above recently declared Bankruptcy, and staff within the council are becoming increasingly worried at the fact that the fact that things are happening within the council, such as essential services being put together, and other services not being deemed essential!
All staff within the council have just had a wage increase and are due backpay for this, but staff are worried that if they are not deemed an essential service, redundancy may loom!
At the moment this is just speculation from staff within the council, however staff are very clear about the essential services and that something is currently going on within the council.
Personally I think McCoubrey should step down or be sacked, he is in charge and he should have been monitoring all of this before it got to this mess,
Council tax is due to go up, yet wage increases and back pay for staff and councillors including himself, and £250,000 for his friend Cllr Andrew Wood to waste on considering if it is viable to move Bodlonded to Coed Pella!
McCoubrey certainly knows how to waste money and does it with such a blatant disregard for the poor tax payer!
So if the council does go Bankrupt surely he will go?
McCoubrey has run this council down to the ground, he so needs to be sacked, and to go and get a job stacking shelves at Tesco.
