And of course, there is no drug problem in Llandudno!
The question also has to be asked, how could he afford to own and drive a car and buy drugs on benefits?
Why is no one looking into this?
A MAN from Llandudno has been banned from the roads and fined after pleading guilty to drug driving while in Rhuallt.
Joseph Barr, 51, of Cae Mawr, was accused of driving a Ford vehicle on the A55 on July 5 with no less than 17.3 micrograms per liter of the blood of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC - the cannabinoid molecule in marijuana).
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 27.
Barr was disqualified from driving for three years.
The court ordered him to pay a £120 fine, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £48 victim surcharge.
This amounted to a total of £253, to be paid in weekly installments of £6 from October 15.
An application was made by the court for deductions from Barr’s benefits.
