Llandudno....Yet another hotel is back on the market!

They need to start getting rid of some of the hotels in the town, the industry is dying. This would make a good conversion into flats.

A hotel in Llandudno is back on the market for a reduced price. Space Boutique is an 11-bedroom hotel that has been run as a B&B in recent years after the closure of its Jaya restaurant.

It has rave reviews on TripAdvisor after being transformed by Sunita and Bobby Katoch. They bought the site in 2007.

The site was previously on the market with Christie and Co for £775,000. It is now with Fleurets for £700,000.

Lesley Watmough, from Fleurets, said: "Fleurets is delighted to bring to market Space Boutique B&B in Llandudno in Conwy. The 11 en-suite letting bedroom hotel offers a new tenant a virtual freehold, fully refurbished boutique hotel, equipped catering kitchen, car park and a three-bedroom apartment.

"Sitting on an approximate site area of 599.32 sq. m., Space Boutique B&B is located in Llandudno town center towards the edge of the main retail area. Not only is the B&B close to the Great Orme and funicular railway, it is also only minutes away from numerous bars and restaurants.

"The property was purchased in 2007 by Sunita and Bobby Katoch who went on to undertake a major refurbishment throughout the property in 2009 to bring the property to a very high spec. Until 2018 the couple ran the business as a fully serviced hotel and opened the restaurant to non-residents.

"After 2018 and pre-Covid, Sunita and Bobby had already made the decision to run the business as a bed and breakfast for personal reasons."
