If criminals had brains they would realize that the last place you would use threatening behavior. North Wales Police’s headquarters! Silly man!

A MAN from Rhos-on-Sea was fined after pleading guilty to threatening behavior.

Russell Cassidy, 51, of Victor Wilde Drive, was accused of using threatening or abusive behavior likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at North Wales Police’s headquarters in Colwyn Bay on December 30, 2022.

He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on February 1.
