Llandudno...Delinquent Youths allegedly threw sheep onto road!

Just what is going on in Llandudno! A few days ago three delinquent youths torched a house by the Orme! What do sheep ever do to anyone? But saying that Youths have been caught throwing stones at the Seals!

It seems that animals and buildings are the targets these days. What vile teenagers, they need to be placed in nice secure units for a while. Llandudno really is slipping, and its very worrying.

YOUNG people were allegedly heard cheering as they threw sheep over a high wall onto a road.

The cruel act is believed to have taken place on Sunday evening on Abbey Road, Llandudno.

An eye-witness, who asked not to be named, said: "My partner and I witnessed the event on Sunday evening. It happened about 7.20pm. The youths threw two young sheep over a high wall onto the roadway and cheered as each sheep was thrown over the wall.

"It was a despicable act which was unpleasant to witness, as it would have been for the innocent sheep.

"We did not get out quick enough to photograph the incident."

The eye-witness confirmed the sheep were young sheep - "nearly fully grown, not newly born little lambs".

They said they informed Dan Jones, who farms ewes at Parc Farm, a National Trust Farm on the Great Orme.

The Pioneer has tried to reach out to Mr Jones for comment.

North Wales Police were not informed.

The RSPCA said they had not received a report about the incident.

An RSPCA spokesperson said: "We'd urge anyone witnessing distressing acts like this to report them to us so we can investigate where possible.

"If anyone has information about the incident, please contact the RSPCA on 0300 123 8018."
