Save Prestatyn Territorial Army Centre! Please Object to the planning application!

This stunning, historical building which was once a Victorian Garage, is at risk from demolition by the usual developers that care little about history and even less about converting buildings!

A petition had (over 1,100 signatures!) to save the former White Rose Buildings (also known as the Prestatyn TA Centre), The fFacebook page for the group is here. https://www.facebook.com/groups/353013202978021

All these developers have to do is leave the main building and build on the mass of training sheds behind, its called compromise!

A now submitted planning application for the site proposes architectural vandalism: full demolition and replacement with an overbearing bland block of one-bedroom flats.

Conservation Area or local listed status would help ensure preservation and enhancement of the building in the future - meaning a greater chance of restoration of at least the corner section to something closer to its external appearance of a century ago.
Here is an excellent Statement of Significance for the buildings that has been put together free of charge by a very kind heritage planning consultant: https://1drv.ms/.../EdI9SSCDrzZBk5YwGtx0vUkBSa...
If you have not already done so, please file an objection to the planning application, at: https://developments.denbighshire.gov.uk/.../index.html...
Please note that any comments made in the earlier pre-planning consultation do not formally count and need to be repeated via the above. Thank you.
