Colwyn Bay...Disabled, Vulnerable and elderly Residents Trapped On Upper Floors As Lifts Break Again!

There is something seriously wrong here, these lifts keep on braking trapping residents who are unable to walk down the stairs.

The block of flats Princess Court has over four floors and no way down for residents.

So the stranded residents will be unable to do their laundry on the ground floor, go shopping or collect medication, etc.

Residents within the block are rallying around to help each other, but this is causing a great deal of stress for residents.

So even if the stranded residents need to go out, they cannot, and rents are not cheap, and for those who own they have to pay for parking and a maintenance fee which again is high.

This shocking email was sent to the management company from a resident who stated (I HAD MY MOBILITY ROLLATOR WITH ME, MY SON HAD TO CARRY THAT UP SEVERAL FLIGHTS OF STAIRS)

COPY OF EMAIL SENT TO HURST MANAGEMENT AND DAFYDD HARDY ...

'LEFT HAND' LIFT WAS WORKING WHEN I WENT OUT THIS MORNING ...
COMING BACK AROUND 3.30PM THE 'LEFT HAND' LIFT WAS AGAIN OUT OF ORDER, AS WAS THE OTHER LIFT ...
SO AS I HAD MY MOBILITY ROLLATOR WITH ME, MY SON HAD TO CARRY THAT UP SEVERAL FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WHILE I ABSEILED UP THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND OVER THE BALCONY ... (THAT'S A JOKE BY THE WAY, AS IS THE REST OF THIS LIFT FIASCO) ...

And an email from the agent just before the second lift broke

I have said this on three previous posts, this is dangerous and very worrying and these people's rights are being breached.
