Llandudno...Another seafront guest house up for sale in the struggling resort!

Considering that the "Fading Queen Of Welsh Resorts" is doing so well, why are these hotels either going into liquidation or being sold?

And this hotel that is in a conservation area should not have put in the awful PVC doors and windows it has, apart from looking awful, they are not allowed, and they make it look like a hotel you would find in Wrexham or Rhyl!

A guest house on Llandudno's seafront that is loved by its guests has gone up for sale. Albany House has been placed on the market with estate agent Bryan Davies and Associates.

It is in a great spot on the famous promenade between the two Ormes. But it is the rave reviews from customers that really make it stand out.

The guest house has near-perfect scores on Tripadvisor. Out of 70 reviews, 72 rank it as excellent and seven as very good.

Recent comments include: "OMG this is the best B&B we have stayed in" adding that it would win the reality TV show Four in a Bed "hands down" if they entered.

Another recent guest said they "didn't want to leave" with nearly everyone praising owners Gavin and Mandie.

The top scores mean the Craig Y Don Parade site would come with many return customers although the pressure will be on to maintain the high standards. The site has a price tag of £460,000. It has eight bedrooms with en-suite facilities as well as parking at the rear.

Estate agent Bryan Davies said: "This is a very nicely presented and updated seafront guest house with panoramic views over the promenade, Great and Little Ormes, and within easy reach of the local shops."
