Colwyn Bay...Has Anyone Lost A Bike?

It looks like it has been stolen by some delinquents and then thrown in the river!

The post was from the Colwyn Bay Notice Board on #Facebook, I think the Bridge is in the Dingle, but I am not too sure, have a look at the Notice Board
