Llandudno....5 Hotels Up For Sale As Hotel Industry Continues To Struggle!

Any one that keeps a close eye on Llandudno will know that Tourism is struggling there, it follows a familiar path of Colwyn Bay, Penmaenmawr, Abergele where hotels just cannot survive, just like Public houses.

Considering the government claims it wants to work, you would think it would throw a lifeline to these industries and stop their decline instead of spending billions on illegal Asylum seekers!

It's (was once) crowned the 'Queen of Welsh Resorts' and with visitor numbers booming there is no sign Llandudno will lose its title anytime soon. The resort was built up around the tourism industry with an impressive sweep of majestic hotels on the seafront - and many more dotted around the centre.

When it comes to people's budgets, they range from cheap and cheerful to high end luxury. And with so many hotels in the town there are always a few up for grabs.

Here we look at some of the properties on sale right now - from large operations on for multi-million pound price tags to smaller family run ventures.

The big ones:

The Marine Hotel has 123 bedrooms and sits on corner position at the junction of The Parade and Vaughan Street. It includes a main restaurant and lounge bar, an entertainment room, ballroom, and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel is on the market for £5m.
