Colwyn Bay....Yet More Of Our Heritage Destroyed For Social Housing Flats!
It's very sad to see our Victorian Town Houses and Lincoln Terrace being torn down for a block of social housing flats! Just why this awful housing association cannot convert is beyond me! And on top of this what about embedded carbon emissions? Also the block of flats next door has constant visits by the police, so more social housing in the center of Colwyn Bay will turn its fortunes around or drag it further into the gutter? I know my opinion, whats yours?
What a waste , what is wrong with conversion? Typical of these housing associations, and the one next to it has police cars there all the time! This will not turn Colwyn Bays fortunes around it will just bring it further down and nearer to Wrexham and Rhyl's status!
