The delightful man was at The Coed Pella Council Offices in Colwyn Bay where he was unhappy about something and allegedly went on to smash the TV screen in reception!
Oddly nothing in the News Article mentions anything about the incident!
A MAN has been charged with multiple offences following an incident in Colwyn Bay earlier this week.
Leon Moore, 33, of no fixed address, appeared at Llandudno Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday, January 14).
He was charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, common assault, criminal damage, and using threatening or abusive language.
Moore was arrested by officers who attended reports of a disturbance at an address on Coed Pella Road on Tuesday (January 13).
He was remanded in custody and will next appear at Caernarfon Crown Court on Friday, February 6.
