Sadly nothing new here, the whole town has been suffering from delinquent teens and children for some years now.But the question is where do they all come from and what is the long term plan?
'Persistent' bad behaviour at a Llandudno retail park has led to a dispersal order being brought into place. The order came into force at Mostyn Champneys Retail Park last night [Tuesday] and remains in place until just after 9pm tonight.
Anybody not complying with an instruction to leave the area could face a hefty fine or even prison.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "In response to persistent anti social behaviour on the Mostyn Champneys Retail Park last night (Tuesday), District Inspector Catherine Walker authorised a Dispersal Order for the area marked in the picture, which will run from 9.03pm on Tuesday 27th October to 9.03pm tonight (Wednesday 28/10).
"A Dispersal Order gives police officers and designated PCSOs the power to direct individuals to leave a specific area to prevent anti-social behaviour, crime, or disorder.
"Failure to comply with a direction to leave the area and not return is a criminal offence and you can face a fine of up to £2,500, and/or up to 3 months in prison."

Inspector Walker added: "We will not tolerate groups of youths congregating on the retail park, intimidating shoppers and behaving in an anti-social manner at retail premises.
"I would encourage parents and carers to ensure they know where their young people are, and make sure they know about this dispersal order."
